Akkodis is seeking an Application Support Engineer, for a contract role with a client in Hershey, PA (Hybrid). We're ideally looking for an applicant with expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.
Pay Range : $59-$61 / hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Must-have skills for this role :
- SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative)
- Strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas
- Years of experience required for each skill : Minimum 5 years
Nice-to-have skills :
Business analysis and requirements gatheringSoftware delivery full life cycleSupport SAP Time Management (both Positive and Negative) and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements, with strong hands-on experience in PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas.Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with business and IS partners.Assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs), test plans, and test execution for configuration and change requests.Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing(UAT) and help resolve functional defects.Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams to review progress of work.Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with the ABAP HR technical and integration teams.Adhere to Project timelines, documentation standards, and change management processes.Industry experience - specifically HR and US payroll skills required due I estranging required of US payroll and tax legislationIf you are interested in this role, then please APPLY NOW .
