About The Position

Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Profession : Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Specialty : Speech Therapy

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Experience : Minimum 1 year clinical experience

License : North Dakota licensure

Certifications : ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, BLS - must be AHA

Must-Have :

Must note in submission if clinician has ever worked previously.

All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility.

This location does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles.

Description :

Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluation and treatment to adult acute care, inpatient rehab, and / or outpatients.

Types of procedures required include evaluations and treatment planning.

Equipment utilized includes electronic medical records.

General job duties involve working with diverse patient populations and addressing their specific communication needs.

Dress code is business casual.

Floating to other departments may be required as needed.

Charting system used is EPIC.

No holidays are scheduled during the duration.

Weekend rotation is approximately every 8 weeks.
