Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from pre-bid through completion. You’ll serve as the key liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, and field teams — ensuring each build is delivered on time, on budget, and with uncompromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction — planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Act as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Develop and implement project setup, logistics, and work schedules , identifying critical paths and managing material delivery timelines.

Supervise and mentor superintendents and field staff , promoting accountability and performance.

Enforce strict safety standards and ensure full compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Monitor costs, change orders, and labor to maintain profitability and efficiency.

Manage billing, WIP reports, payrolls, and subcontractor payments .

Identify and resolve field issues that impact schedule, budget, or quality .

Contribute to project pursuits, proposals, and presentations to secure new work.

Maintain permits, insurance, and documentation for all active projects.

Utilize BIM, Procore, and scheduling software to optimize project coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

10–15+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction.

Proven ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications with precision.

Deep knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and cost control .

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera, and scheduling tools .

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to navigate active job sites safely and efficiently.
