Inside Sales Representative Branded Products

Lincoln Chrome, a division of Lincoln Industries, is seeking professional, competitive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives who are hungry for income potential with a growing, results-driven company. Lincoln Chrome currently has an open territory covering the United States & Canada.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible to achieve sales goals through superior customer service of assigned and new accounts within the United States & Canada. This role involves close collaboration with the Sales Team, Segment Manager, and Engineering. Being a conduit between Lincoln Chrome and its partners.

Essential Functions :

  • Personally enhance a proven sales process with your selling skills.
  • Build relationships with staff within all departments of the dealership.
  • Working from the office or your home office contact dealers based on a top-down rotation.
  • Schedule appointments proactively to be respectful of customer's time.
  • Schedule and conduct MS Teams business meetings that include key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Schedule and conduct dealership training to ensure staff can confidently sell Lincoln Chrome by knowing key features and benefits of top-selling and new products across all categories.
  • Create suggested orders and collaborate with Inventory Managers to ensure dealers have sufficient product on hand based on industry standards.
  • Present ongoing and new promotions and programs to drive sales.
  • Interact with a minimum of 10 accounts via MS Teams web meetings or outbound calls per day.
  • Be in the office or home office and available during normal retail business hours and assist dealers outside of normal hours when necessary.
  • Complete I-CRM Call Report at the end of each interaction.

  • Follow proven sales process to manage and execute a sales plan including revenue generation targets.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and sell Lincoln Chrome products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer contacts.
  • Proactively calls prospective and established customers to advance sales opportunities throughout assigned markets.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers / dealers.
  • Sell company products through MS Teams with key customers.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of customer / dealer.
  • Maintain sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, supplies, prices and new products.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Uses a consultative approach to expanding business and has a "flow to the work" mentality.
  • Work hand in hand with customer service, team leadership, warehouse and production when necessary to "get the job done."
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Keep records and prepare reports on sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers, by communicating openly, honestly and constructively, treating all people with dignity, respect and courtesy.
  • Travel up to 5% of the time to dealers, events and trade shows promoting Lincoln Chrome brand and products.
  • Assist with all aspects of event activation, set up, merchandise, selling and tear down.
  • Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
  • Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

  • Qualifications :

    Education and / or Experience :

    Expected Education : HS Diploma, College degree and / or enrolled in college for bachelor's degree.

    Expected Experience : Previous experience in customer service, retail, admin work, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
