A company is looking for a Women's Health Inbound Patient Advocate (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate testing services by communicating with patients and healthcare providers through various channels
Handle inquiries regarding products, insurance billing, and ensure timely delivery of test results
Collaborate with multiple departments to address orders and billing processes while identifying service improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate / bachelor's degree
Fluency in Spanish is preferred
Experience with PC applications, including Excel and Word
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
Strong organizational and task management skills
