Client Partner

A company is looking for a Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships through project recommendations and follow-up on sales opportunities

Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while managing multiple tasks efficiently

Interact professionally with customers via chat, phone, and email to ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in renovation and / or construction project sales and customer service

College degree preferred, or applicable experience considered

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and NetSuite is required

Shopify experience is a significant plus

Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision
