About This Role

Join our team at The Associated Clinic of Psychology as a Medical Records Associate! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our busy mental healthcare practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely medical records management while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

Scan and upload documents to client accounts in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
Organize and sort client visit questionnaires
Process Release of Information requests in full compliance with HIPAA and state / federal regulations
Manage incoming faxes and emails with prompt, professional responses
Review files for upcoming appointments and ensure all paperwork is current
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

What We're Looking For

Required :

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of medical records auditing experience

Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, flexible team player with excellent prioritization skills
