We are an established and rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics practice seeking a talented Licensed Esthetician to join our professional team. Position Overview :

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on best practices for long-term skincare success, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to perform a variety of advanced skin therapies and participate in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform customized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, extractions, and other advanced skincare services
  • Conduct thorough consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare regimens and recommend products to optimize results
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized treatment space
  • Collaborate with the clinical and wellness team to ensure outstanding client care
  • Document all treatments and progress accurately and confidentially
  • Stay current with industry advancements through ongoing education

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Active and unrestricted Esthetician License in Louisiana
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Esthetician (medical spa experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of professional skincare techniques and products
  • A personable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to work 3–5 days per week , including weekends
