Overview :

The Property Manager will direct and manager all property operations and capital expenditure activities for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in New York City. This roles requires strong leadership, sound decision-making, and adherence to ethical and professional standards. Success in this position is demonstrated by high performance across building staff, vendors, contractors, and low operational costs. A key focus is on developing internal talent, minimizing reliance on outside contractors, and ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • 8+ years of property management experience
  • Proficient in Yardi Voyager 8, Yardi Pay, MRI, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong financial skills including budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of NYC landlord-tenant law and housing regulations
  • CPM certification or relevant real estate designations preferred
  • NY Real Estate License (required or ability to obtain)
