Pay : $100k-$125k + $10k sign-on bonus (depending on education / experience for licensed therapist)
Shift : Full-Time | Normal Business Hours
Qualifications : Required :
- Master's / Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar.
- CA LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PhD / PsyD License.
- 2+ years Clinical Supervision experience.
- 3+ years experience in residential or acute behavioral health settings.
- Deep knowledge of trauma-informed practices, therapeutic milieu management, co-occurring conditions, case formulation, and developing and implementing effective treatment plans in collaboration with internal and external care teams.
- Proven background in overseeing program operations, including staff coordination, scheduling, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Highly organized and skilled in communication, collaboration, and critical problem-solving.
Preferred :
Experience in adolescent residential setting.Job Summary :
Oversee daily operations of a 6-bed residential program, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.Coordinate admissions, discharges, and client transitions in collaboration with clinical leadership to ensure continuity of care.Serve as the point of escalation for client, family, or operational concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.Maintain compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and organizational requirements.Carry a small clinical caseload, providing individual and family therapy sessions weekly.Facilitate group therapy sessions and supervise associate therapists to ensure high-quality clinical care.Partner with the Clinical Director and Care Coordinator Manager on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training of staff.Lead daily huddles and weekly team meetings to align staff on treatment priorities and program goals.Monitor documentation, staff practices, and program operations to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.Participate in utilization review and on-call rotation to support program efficiency and client outcomes.Benefits :
