Overview
American Kenda Rubber is a dynamic and growing organization. We are seeking a skilled Sage ERP Administrator with strong network administration expertise to join our IT team. This dual-role position is critical for ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP system and maintaining the integrity and security of our server infrastructure.
Our Reynoldsburg, Ohio, location is the site of Kenda USA, which manages all aspects of Kenda's North American operations. Since the inception of our company in 1962, we have operated on core values of honesty, innovation, quality, and customer service.
In addition to a comprehensive portfolio of Kenda brand retail products, we supply fleet volumes of wheels and tires to some of the largest vehicle manufacturers in the world.
Responsibilities
Sage ERP Administration :
- Configure, maintain, and support the Sage ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights for decision-makers.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup procedures for the ERP system.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation for ERP functionalities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for system enhancements and technical support.
- Understand of EDI forms and processing flow used in a manufacturing environment.
Network Administration :
Monitor server performance and security, proactively addressing issues to ensure uptime and data protection.Implement and maintain server security protocols, access controls, and threat detection.Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patches to server hardware and software.Support and troubleshoot server connectivity issues, ensuring quick resolution.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience with Sage ERP systems, preferably Sage 100, 300, or X3.Deep understanding of EDI and processing flow of forms for manufacturing and supply chain.Strong knowledge of server administration, including MS Server 2016+, Citrix, Remote Desktop configuration, and MSSQL.Experience with implementing server and application best practices.Proficiency in Windows Server environments and Active Directory management.Skills
Familiar with writing Power BI dashboards and reports.Knowledge of database management and SQL queries.Familiar with writing queries in Excel.Certifications such as Sage Certified Consultant are a plus.EOE Employer
