Position Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a gentle chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children of all ages. Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and behavior management. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear and engaging manner. Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality care for every child. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards. Create a positive, fun, and stress-free environment for children during their dental visits. Qualifications : DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program. Current California dental license and DEA registration. Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a pediatric dentist (preferred). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike. Strong teamwork and patient management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
