Q2 is seeking a Project Manager responsible for the successful configuration and deployment of Q2's Risk & Fraud Management Software Solutions. This position is a hybrid project management and technical implementation role that involves application troubleshooting and support. This Project Manager will work with our largest / most complex customers through the implementation of the products and serve as the primary contact with the customer during the project confident executive presence is a must. This individual must be exceptionally detail-oriented and an energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a group setting.

A typical day includes :

• Partnering with customers to understand business requirements and expectations
• Designing and executing project plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions
• Directing project resources to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Working closely with the customer and team to problem solve issues that arise
• Tracking status and providing updates in relation to the overall implementation process in a manner befitting our largest / most complex customers
• Training and educating customers on the product and configuration options
