Staff Accountant

Location : Fresno, CA

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000

Our client, a mission-driven non-profit organization in Fresno, is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their finance and accounting team. Responsibilities :

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports

Support budgeting, forecasting, and grant reporting

Ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies

Assist with audits and work with external auditors as needed

Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and procedures

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in non-profit or mission-driven organizations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range : $60,000 - $70,000
