Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive primary and specialty medical care, working collaboratively with our team in a clinical setting in Uniontown.
Responsibilities
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop and implement treatment plans, and diagnose both acute and chronic conditions.
Prescribe and administer medications and injections in accordance with state laws and practice guidelines. Perform minor in-office procedures and manage wound care.
Work closely with physicians and other team members to ensure continuity of care and make appropriate referrals to specialists.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records for all patient encounters.
Qualifications
Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current, valid Pennsylvania state licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C).
