Corporate Counsel

A company is looking for a Counsel, Corporate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Support corporate transactions, including M&A, throughout the entire transaction lifecycle

Provide strategic legal advice to business leaders and internal stakeholders

Manage outside counsel to ensure effective legal support during transactions

Required Qualifications

J.D. and bar admission with 4-6 years of M&A experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house at a public company

Proactive and collaborative team player thriving in a fast-paced environment

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Proficiency in counseling on complex corporate transactions and M&A concepts

Ability to work varying hours to accommodate a global workforce
