Director of Rehab

Accela Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and support our mission of delivering exceptional care to residents. The Director of Rehab plays a vital leadership role in managing therapy services, ensuring quality outcomes, and supporting a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

Oversee the daily operations of the rehab department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Ensure therapy programs are delivered in compliance with regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and facility policies.

Supervise, mentor, and support therapy staff to foster professional growth and excellence in care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.

Track and analyze outcomes, ensuring quality measures and productivity goals are met.

Manage department budgets, scheduling, and resources effectively.

Serve as a liaison between therapy staff, residents, families, and facility leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Current license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of PA.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab or healthcare setting.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and rehab documentation standards.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compassion for residents and commitment to improving their quality of life.
