Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM (Early Fridays at 2 : 00 PM!)

💡 What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as both a Medical Review Nurse and Triage Specialist , helping patients navigate their care journey with confidence and clarity :

• Review and audit lab data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Provide follow-up steps and communicate results to patients via phone or electronic chart systems
• Support providers by delivering results while they handle diagnoses
• Perform advanced telephone triage and participate in research activities
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance
• Help onboard and train new clinical staff
• Monitor supply levels and ensure smooth daily operations

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00 / hr.
