We are a rapidly growing Plaintiff's Elder Abuse & Personal Injury practice located in Los Angeles, CA. We are currently seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities :
Communicate and manage relationship with clients and document contact in LitifyCommunicate with opposing counselActively participate in discovery and motion draftingTake and defend depositionsFully investigate each case and document findings in LitifyAttend depositions, hearings, conferences, interviews, and trialsResearch, investigate and identify the laws that are applicable to client casesInterview and depose witnesses and partiesMediate the casePrepare for trialBe prepared to try at least 3 cases per calendar year to verdictAdvocate at trial, counseling clients once a settlement is reachedAttend and lead weekly Calendar meetings with assigned paralegalSubmit reporting of fees earned to owner quarterlyMaintains utmost professional standards towards the Firm and its clientsOther tasks as assignedQualifications and Skills :
Active member of the State Bar of California in good standingTrial experience in personal injury fieldAbility to manage 50+ litigation cases effectively and efficientlyStrong legal research skillsWell organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsExcellent writing and proofreading skillsSolid knowledge of case management and systemsGeneral computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Litify case management softwareProfessional demeanor and appearanceStrong personal focus on meeting or exceeding individual, department, and Firm goalsAbility to work effectively within a team-oriented work environmentAbility to work independently and efficiently; prioritize tasksCompensation and Benefits :
