Overview

Job Title : Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location : Gloucester & Surrounding Areas

Salary : £43,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Travel Pay (after 30 minutes each way)

Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on domestic and commercial electrical systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults across a range of property types and installations.
Conduct routine inspections, testing and PAT as required.
Work independently to manage and complete a schedule of jobs across the region.
Ensure compliance with current electrical standards and health & safety regulations.
Provide clear documentation and job reports through our digital job management system.
Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and other contractors.

Qualifications

City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

Full UK Driving Licence.

Proven experience in both domestic and commercial electrical maintenance.

ECS / CSCS Card.

Testing & Inspection certification (2391 or equivalent) desirable but not essential.

Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
