Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager at our St. Charles, IL location. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage both people and processes effectively. The CPA Office Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and contribute to the overall efficiency and growth of the firm.

Key

• Manage all office workflow- responsible for making sure everything leaves the office in a timely fashion and is appropriately documented ex. payroll reports, tax returns, tax notices, etc. including updating and maintaining accurate Office Tools logs.
• Manage all incoming documents and ensure information is properly recorded and distributed in a timely manner.
• Schedule appointments for professional staff - avoiding conflicts and monitoring the conference room availability.
• Typing of any client correspondence from professional staff.
• Log all mail correspondence- make sure all tax notices and any other correspondence has been properly scanned.
