Job Summary :

HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintenance and Reconciliation of the payroll / Employee database
• Maintenance and Reconciliation of the regional and national employee distribution lists.
• Updating employee records.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating our HR Policies and Procedures
• Review the Attendance tracker for the Punch Data and Pay Code edits.
• Draft employment letters and sending to employees.
• Data entry / updating personal info on employees records in JDE.
• Assist with uploading documents into employee UKG files.
• Review employee file and organize data.
• General team support when anyone asks for help with their tasks.
• Update the 30 days check-in electronic form.
• Update the exit interview electronic form.
• Scanning all documents hard copy files onto our electronic files.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
