The Dispatch Assistant / Estimator I is a customer service driven role that requires quality, focus, and attention to detail. This position will perform an array of functions that will include answering incoming calls, communicating efficiently and thoroughly with both office personnel and field service technicians, and providing top level customer service to customers. The Dispatch Assistant / Estimator has a direct effect on our overall customer experience and should be welcoming, helpful, and professional at all times.
Duties :
- Answers incoming calls from customers and route to the correct parties
- Communicates pending service orders to dispatchers for field technician assignments
- Prepares estimates for service orders based on technician input and company standards, communicates review needs to appropriate lead / management level
- Submits and follows up on estimates to Customer, based on company standards
- Properly documents all customer information during each call, as well as ensuring information was recorded correctly and completely once each call is completed
- Handles multiple calls at one time if needed
- Professionally interacts with both internal and external customers
- Learns and utilizes Field Service Management Software, Microsoft Suite and tools appropriately
- Understands and strives to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Warehouse Receiving Control SpecialistReceive inventory in the warehouse daily ensuring accuracy of shipmentsTag and label parts and supplies with accuracyOrganize stock and inventory within the warehouse in their designated locationReplenish inventory for field techniciansMaintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neatRequirements :
High school Diploma or equivalent preferredAble to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailWork well under pressure and ability to meet deadlinesWorks well in team driven environmentExceptional multi-tasking skillsPrevious experience in the HVAC and / or food service industry is a plusExceptional verbal, and written communication as well as problem solving skillsProficient computer skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team settingKnowledge of customer service principles and practicesExceptional organization and attention to detailEngage in a safety-driven work environmentDependable and honest professionalMust be motivated, a self-started, and able to follow through on duties and assignments with minimal supervisionWarehouse SpecialistForklift experience preferred but not requiredPhysical Demands :
