Job Summary / Responsibilities

• The Staff Support is a valuable member of the team providing assistance in procurement, purchasing, invoicing, and making travel arrangements.
• Additional duties include providing assistance for event logistics, including booking venues and making lodging reservations for guests.
• This position is an important part of the department business office team and provides customer service to all members of the department(s).
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong detail-oriented, team-based approach.

Work Environment & Duties

The role is funded through non-permanent resources. Work hours are 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm, Monday – Friday. The shift is expected to support normal business operations.
