The Role
We’re looking for a Creator Onboarding & Community Lead who is :
- Comfortable connecting with creators, whether that’s hopping on calls, DM’ing, or grabbing coffee. We are looking for social individuals who are proactive and passionate about building relationships.
- Excited to thrive in a startup environment where new challenges pop up daily and solutions need to be built on the fly.
- Acts with a bias towards action.
- Invested in the success of creators and passionate about building the FanSubs brand into a trusted home for them.
- Able to work with a Product Manager, source feedback for product improvements, create marketing and messaging materials for FanSubs.
- Has a strong background in running and creating for brand social media accounts
- You’ll be the first point of contact for creators joining FanSubs, guiding them through setup, helping them grow, and making sure they feel at home on the platform. You’ll also act as the voice of FanSubs across social channels and within creator communities.

Lead outreach to creators : build lists, send DMs, and jump on intro calls.Host and support onboarding calls to help creators set up and launch their first FanDrop.Manage outreach lists and coordinate campaigns with the NeoReach growth team.Run and manage FanSubs’ social accounts : posting, responding to DMs, and engaging with creators.Organize and host creator meetups / events (digital and in-person).Track creator feedback, share insights with product and growth teams, and be the bridge between creators and FanSubs.Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary, complemented by a performance-driven commission structure.
