The General Manager (GM), reporting to the CEO, is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a Hallmark's Provider Enablement technology solution set. The GM will drive product vision, growth, and profitability while ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep understanding of healthcare technology and client needs. This is a cross-functional leadership role that blends deep subject matter expertise with strong executive sponsorship, guiding how compensation position, sell, deploy, and support this offering at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the product line's vision, strategy, and roadmap in coordination with CRO, CTO and Product Leadership team.
Own the product line's P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Responsible for Client Success to define the client experience, translating product specific needs into actionable guidance for CS teams.
Ensure product compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
