Resource Manager

A company is looking for a Resource Manager - Contract to Hire.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain employee capacity forecasts, balancing workloads and tracking utilization targets

Partner with HR to source, recruit, and onboard new Independent Contractors

Collaborate with leadership on organizational changes and implement process improvements to drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in resource / capacity planning within a digital / creative agency or similar environment

Strong financial fluency, including pricing, rate cards, and invoice reconciliation

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel for data analysis and projections

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project / Resource Management, or equivalent experience

4-7 years of experience in agency operations / resource management or delivery operations
