Our community focuses on promoting resident independence while providing support with activities of daily living in a warm, homelike environment.

Position Summary : Home Health Aid, or HH A, is a caregiver aiding residents under the supervision of the LPN and / or RN. Home Health Aids provide compassionate care that is respectful of each resident's needs, values, and wishes.

Principal Responsibilities :

• Supports the Trinity / SPHP Vision, Mission, Values in all encounters with residents and families
• Adheres to the SPHP Code of Conduct
• Demonstrates accountability as an individual and team member in meeting basic resident and family needs

Pay Range : $17.85 - $21.95

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
