The Role :

  • As an Order Accuracy Specialist, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory and ensuring that all outbound and inbound shipments meet our high standards.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound orders, identifying order discrepancies and damages, and partnering with the warehouse team to ensure timely resolution of any issues.
  • This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in precision.
  • This is a full-time, on-site role located at our South Fulton campus.

    • The hours for this role are typically 7 :

  • 30am - 4pm. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

    • What You'll Be Responsible For :

  • Inspect all inbound and outbound orders for accuracy in item count, product specifications, damages, and customer requirements.
  • Review and reconcile pick tickets, shipping labels, and packing lists to ensure consistency and correctness.
  • Identify and escalate errors such as incorrect, missing, or damaged items and work closely with the warehouse team to resolve them promptly.
  • Enforce and uphold established quality standards to minimize shipment discrepancies and improve order accuracy.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control within a warehouse environment, ideally in a third-party logistics (3PL) or manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse processes.
  • Proven ability to spot and resolve order discrepancies efficiently.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team-first attitude with a willingness to support broader warehouse operations when needed.
