Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives in the Nordics
Coach and develop Account Executives to drive outbound pipeline and close high-value deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on regional growth goals and initiatives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing Mid-Market and / or Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment
5+ years of individual contributor experience selling SaaS solutions
Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
Deep understanding of the Nordic market
Proven ability to hit or exceed team revenue targets
