Salary Range : $55,000 - $60,000

We are seeking a motivated Audit Associate to join our team in South Bend. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in public accounting. You will work closely with clients across diverse industries, supporting audit engagements, developing financial insights, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in planning, executing, and completing audit engagements in accordance with professional standards.

Analyze financial data, prepare workpapers, and identify potential issues or variances.

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client service while meeting deadlines.

Use advanced Excel skills and leverage emerging tools (including AI applications) to improve accuracy and efficiency in audits.

Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional interactions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).

Eligible to sit for the CPA exam or actively pursuing CPA certification.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with AI-based tools or applications preferred.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, client-facing environment.
