Overview

Job Title : Licensed Architect or Experienced Intern Architect

Location : Baton Rouge, LA

Job Type : Full-time, On-site

Salary Range : $65,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience and licensure status)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to design development, project management, and construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure designs align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Participate in design reviews, presentations, and construction administration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture (required) from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Licensed Architect (preferred) or on the path to licensure (AXP / ARE candidates encouraged).
  • Strong technical knowledge of design, construction, and documentation.
  • Proficiency with architectural software tools.
  • Strong ties to Louisiana (local candidates or those with connections to the state are highly encouraged).
