Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Longview, TX . This is a great opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient primary care setting while working alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum family medicine services, including wellness visits, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Conduct patient assessments, perform exams, and order / interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in coordination with supervising physicians
- Educate patients and families on preventive health, disease management, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
Qualifications
Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Minimum of 1 year of family medicine or primary care experience preferredExcellent clinical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentSchedule & Compensation
