Requirements :

• MD or DO graduate of an accredited medical school
• Current / unrestricted New York State medical license
• Current DEA certificate
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
• Experience in outpatient primary care preferred

Position Overview

A mission-driven outpatient healthcare provider in Western New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its integrated care team. This role involves delivering full-spectrum primary care services, supporting clinical supervision, and contributing to patient-centered medical decision-making. The physician will work closely with a diverse care team to improve access to quality, equitable healthcare in underserved communities.
