Our client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a  Resident Specialist – Leases / Move-Ins.   In this position, you’ll use your excellent customer service skills to act as the point of contact for new residents from lease execution through move-in.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and follow up on all required move-in documentation and collect any remaining funds Facilitate virtual move-in orientations, ensuring residents feel informed and welcomed Send timely and professional communication regarding policies, payments, and orientation materials Track all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and detail Schedule and coordinate lease completion and signing with residents and leasing agents Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures Uphold a high standard of customer service through phone, email, and written communication Work closely and collaboratively with team members across departments Support with additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your manager Qualifications & Experience   High School Diploma or GED required 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel A valid driver’s license Real estate license is a plus, but not required Great time-management skills; you consistently meet deadlines without sacrificing quality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Self-starter attitude : you’re proactive, motivated, and ready to take ownership Additional Information This position involves : Regular typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion Routine use of standard office equipment and computers All duties must be performed in a safe and professional manner This is an office-based position in Charlotte, NC, with the opportunity to work from home one day per week .   Standard workdays are Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend overtime hours.   Our client offers competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for growth.
