Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area as an Account Manager - Commercial Roofing. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In the private sector you will work with individual businesses up to publicly traded companies and the facilities they own / manage. This role will be focused on the private sector of the roofing industry. You can expect to interact with facility managers or engineers all the way up to business owners or C-Suite executives.

Daily tasks include :

• Client consultations.
• Preparing and presenting proposals.
• Coordinating with the operations team.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Cold-calling and drop-ins.
• Out-reach with existing clients and businesses.
