Key Responsibilities

• Generate New Business : Actively prospect and generate new commercial lines business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Client Relationship Management : Develop and expand relationships with current clients, providing exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
• Needs Assessment : Evaluate clients' insurance and risk management needs and propose suitable coverage options.
• Sales and Presentations : Prepare and present proposals to prospective and existing clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain a consistently strong pipeline of new business prospects using our CRM system.
