A company is looking for a Vice President, Single Point of Contact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient mortgage servicing operations
Enhance borrower satisfaction by providing dedicated support and improving understanding of loss mitigation processes
Optimize SPOC effectiveness and maintain accurate documentation while identifying and escalating borrower issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field required
7+ years of experience managing large teams and cross-functional departments
10+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or financial services, particularly in loss mitigation and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations applicable to mortgage and consumer lending
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a multi-functional staff in a dynamic environment
