Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM

Pay Range : $18 / hr - $20 / hr

Location : Fairfax, VA - 22030

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and register patients, update records, and manage appointments.
• Answer phones, address inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and manage patient check-in / out.
• Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and organized records (EHR).
• Handle administrative tasks like scanning, filing, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with prior authorizations and basic billing tasks as needed.
• Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area.
