Department : Manufacturing

Reports to : Production Manager

Essential Functions :

1. Support Operations in various aspects, including but not limited to : Productions, Material & Inventory Management, Receiving, Order Fulfillment and Shipping

a. Assist in receiving, unloading receipts, and stocking raw materials

b. Pulling stock materials and staging them in appropriate locations

c. Assisting in physical count of materials on receipt and inventory

d. Operate sewing machine on production line

e. Pulling core stock for orders, as needed

f. Packing and sealing orders for shipment

g. Cutting foam and fiberboard as needed for order fulfillment

h. Assist in shipment loading as needed

2. Perform general housekeeping as directed

3. Visual inspection to ensure a quality product is being produced and that defects are not allowed

4. All Other Duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications and Requirements :

1. Energetic and Positive Team Player who encourages others and takes Pride in the Company

2. Willingness to take on whatever duty arises immediately, based on defined priorities

3. Attention to detail to ensure the right materials and quantities are received, stocked, staged, and shipped correctly

4. Sense of urgency; sets, meets, and beats assigned deadlines

5. Must have good communication skills

6. Bilingual, a plus

7. Education : High School Diploma or GED Required

8. Sewing Machine Experience with Sewing Machines or a in related field preferred but not required, but preferred.
