Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, increase efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role will identify opportunities, implement best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI initiatives to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
Develop and manage the organization's continuous improvement roadmap.
Mentor and coach employees in CI tools, methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
Drive adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
Qualifications
