We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team today. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and an ambitious self-starter, and 100% dedicated to customer service. This role requires installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring proper functionality, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Install, inspect, and test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, replacing filters, and lubricating moving parts to optimize system performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions, utilizing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their HVAC needs, providing recommendations for system upgrades, replacements, or retrofits.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations related to the installation and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC team to ensure efficient work practices, maintain a positive work environment, and achieve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Must have your own tools and vehicle
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bilingual is a plus (English and another language)
  • Strong understanding of HVAC system components, electrical and mechanical systems, and control systems.
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and hand tools for troubleshooting and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, and working in confined spaces.
