We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Manager to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in the overall success of our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be leading a team of dedicated professionals, and will be expected to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned Manufacturing Manager who is passionate about process improvement, lean manufacturing, and team leadership.
Responsibilities :
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and productivity.
2. Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Lead, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
4. Monitor and control resources, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
5. Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
6. Collaborate with other departments such as Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and coordination of objectives.
7. Analyze production data and metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
8. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and production schedules.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
3. Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operations management.
4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
5. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations management and continuous improvement methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze complex data.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
8. Proficient in relevant software applications and tools.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
