A modern and flexible multi-specialty group of over 200 physicians across 45 specialties in San Francisco proper is seeking to add an additional Neonatologist. This is a physician-led, quality first, stable organization with low turnover and a collegial practice environment. Opportunity Highlights :

• Provide care across three clinical sites with a total annual delivery volume of 7,000 with an average NICU census of 36

Management of micropreemies with advanced ventilation techniques

Small baby unit, surgical services, therapeutic hypothermia, and neonatal transport services

90% of shifts at 35-bed Level III NICU

Large maternal-fetal medicine program

Active well-baby service
