Job Description

As a Security Officer - Residential Patrols in Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure and welcoming environment at a high-rise residential location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding to situations as they arise. You will interact regularly with residents, guests, and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
