Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Santa Rosa, CA. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining property listings, scheduling and coordinating property showings, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Key tasks include developing and implementing operational policies and workflows, monitoring business performance, and maintaining an efficient, productive work environment. Additionally, the Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team, handle client inquiries and concerns, and continuously strive for improvements in customer and employee satisfaction.
