Key Responsibilities : Bid Coordination
- Manage and coordinate the preparation, executive review, and tracking of bids and proposals for pre-construction projects.
- Ensure all bid requirements, deadlines, and deliverables are met in alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date bid calendar and track bid statuses to provide regular updates to sales and pre-construction teams.
- Coordinate Bid Review, Battle Plan scheduling and meeting flow
Sales Force Administration and Reporting
Support as needed in Case creation, prioritization and coordination between Sales and Pre-ConstructionAssist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.General Support
Act as the primary point of contact between the sales and pre-construction teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Facilitate the exchange of critical project information, such as scope changes, client requirements, and technical specifications.Assist in resolving issues related to bid submissions or sales processes, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.Heres the kind of person who will be amazing in this job :

College degree preferred.2-4 years of relevant experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales or project management software is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
