Job Overview The Doctors Clinic is a physician-owned and physician-governed outpatient multi-specialty group. Located on the Kitsap Peninsula, just west of Seattle, Washington, The Doctors Clinic is built on a history of medical excellence and compassionate care. We are currently seeking a BE / BC internal medicine physician to join our team of healthcare professionals at our Port Orchard Clinic. Total compensation and benefit eligibility are based on full time employment for assigned job classification / description, and complies with current PSA agreement.

  • The minimum salary guarantee range for this position is $260,000 to $275,000 annually, plus bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, training, experience, licensure / certifications, as well as internal equity and alignment with local market data at the time of posting. The Doctors Clinic’s compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each applicant.
