UKG Ready Solution Consultant

A company is looking for a UKG Ready Solution Consultant to partner with clients in designing, configuring, and delivering solutions using the UKG Ready platform.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert in UKG Ready, maintaining knowledge of at least two core modules

Host discovery sessions with clients to uncover needs and translate business requirements into actionable solutions

Configure UKG Ready to align with approved solutions, delivering training to ensure long-term client success

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in UKG Ready with hands-on experience in at least two core modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor, HR)

Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills

Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and makes sound decisions based on available information

Continuous learner who embraces new challenges and evolving client needs
