LHH is actively recruiting for a direct hire Billing / AR Manager to join the team of an impressive brand located in the Cobb County vicinity! This is a hybrid / remote opportunity! Qualified candidates should forward resumes to michelle.brewer@lhh.com for immediate consideration!

The ideal candidate will bring advanced Excel expertise , strong understanding of billing and A / R processes, and the ability to identify opportunities for system and process improvement. Experience in franchise or multi-unit environments is highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the full revenue cycle including contracts, billing terms, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly billing and revenue processes , ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
  • Maintain and refine complex Excel models used for royalty and revenue calculations V / XLOOKUPs, macros, advanced formulas).
  • Review financial models to ensure data accuracy and alignment with the general ledger.
  • Foster trust and transparency withf ranchisees through clear billing and collection processes.
  • Partner with internal teams to implement contract updates and system changes .
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Pay Details : $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
